GEOS-4 v4 fields:  PREACC does not match precip calculated from MOISTQ fields for 1/1/1998-10/9/1998
    bug_report

                    - note differences in 1998 until 10/10/1998
                    - PREACC pattern is consistent with 1997
                    - likely problem with MOISTQ field; exists in both 2x25 and 4x5 fields
                    - regridding?  source GEOS data?
