University of Washington case studies are a collection of meteorological data, maps, images and laboratory exercises for specific synoptic and mesoscale storms that occurred in various regions of the United States. The data include GOES satellite imagery, NCEP model data, surface and upper air observations, WSR-88D radar data. Supplemental information includes laboratory exercises and occassionally special data sets. These cases are being used at the University of Washington in classroom instruction. The data can be obtained for two of the cases through the Unidata COMET case study library
