In a broad sense, my research interests lie in the realm of climate: climate dynamics & climate modeling. My main research focus at this time is modeling the effects of geoengineering (solar radiation manipulation) on climate.

These pages are always works in progress

I have run numerous climate model simulations using various configurations of NCAR's CCSM3 with and without increased CO2 and with and without a stratospheric sulfate aerosol layer. The data is presented in various form in the following links (not always updated!).

  • Slab Ocean Model Runs: these pages include simulations with both a Dynamic sea-Ice Slab Ocean Model (DISOM) and the vanilla slab ocean with only thermodynamic sea ice (SOM)
  • Coupled Model Runs: these simulations are run with a full ocean general circulation model (OGCM)
  • Atmosphere (CAM) Model Runs: these runs include sets of simulations with prescribed SSTs
  • Intercomparison: here is the intercomparison of all major simulations in SOM, DISOM, and OGCM (only up to date as of May 2010)
