Our grad student reading group focuses on various aspects of tropical meteorology, including convection (both shallow and deep), large-scale dynamics, tropical cyclones, and ENSO. We are also interested in comparing tropical and extratropical convection. All grad students are welcome to join; meetings are every other wednesday at 2 PM in ATG 406. Dates and readings are given below.
