I'm a postdoctoral researcher with the University of Washington's Program on Climate Change. I work with Dr. Lyatt Jaeglé in the Atmospheric Sciences Department developing a hydrogen and deuterium module for the GEOS-CHEM 3-D global chemical transport model.

To help middle school teachers develop curriculum on atmospheric chemistry, weather, and climate change, during winter and summer 2006, I'm co-teaching a curriculum development course at University of Washington, 'Understanding Climate Change,' together with Dr. Jérôme Patoux. To register please email me.

In June 2005 I finished my PhD in chemistry at UW. My dissertation research was with Dr. Dan Jaffe at UW-Bothell and with  Dr. Paul Doskey at Argonne National Lab.  From observations at  Cheeka Peak Observatory and analytical measurements from a  Duchess research aircraft, we studied the impact and photochemistry of air pollution transported across the Pacific Ocean to North America.
