New WRF run: October 2010
Used a wrfinput file from one of Greg's old four-domain runs which seems to have lessed the storm movement. Other changes: adaptive time step routine from v.3.1 plugged in so that the adaptive timestep bug in v.3.2 is bypassed. Larger 'corral_dist' parameter in namelist.input limits the movement of nested grids (keeps them more centered). Also unintentional changes in lat/lon variables, but effect of that is unclear.
Figure of intensity traces, as well as r-z plots of time mean symmetric storm structure - 'whole' indicates entire time period, 'short' indicates time steps 50-150 (hr 150-450) which is the period we're looking at using for the control.
