Forecast info/links

The main concerns for a rowing team are winds and currents (mainly tidal) and how they interact. The details of the forecast depend somewhat on whether they are inland or in the open ocean. The team will want to know: what are the winds and tides going to be like for the next 12 hours or day? Are there any potential weather systems on the horizon that should be considered?
