1) No image is displayed after I click on the map.
Be sure to start off by selecting a DOMAIN, then an INIT TIME. These two items are REQUIRED before any image will be produced even though you can click on the map. |

2) I reload the main page but still am not generating an image
after I select the map.
Some browsers do NOT correctly refresh the selection menus when you press the browser's reload button. To avoid this problem use the BACK button within the webpage. This will reset the other fields. SELECT a new DOMAIN and INIT TIME along with any other selections you want. The page will then correctly produce an image. |

3) I don't understand the meaning of the information in the
timeheights image.
Scroll down to the bottom of the timeheights generated page for the legend key. This explains what each component of the legend means. |
