WYNDvalley [WV3] is an Eulerian grid air-quality model 
that permits flexible boundaries, sources, and winds.
It is listed in the Federal Register as a "non-guideline" 
model that is suitable for impact modeling in complex 
terrain.

WV3 is in the public domain.  You are responsible for all 
use of this model, and no liability for its use or misuse 
shall accrue to WYNDsoft Inc or Halstead Harrison.
