NFSpuff3:Version 3.04: 4/26/2002 

NFSpuff3 is a Lagrangian-puff air-quality model that 
computes smoke-dispersion trajectories and surface 
concentrations from large, prescribed and natural 
fires, in complex terrain.  Wind-fields for NFSpuff3 
are derived from the MM5 mesoscale meteorological model 
at the University of Washington, with 42 hour forecasts.

NFSpuff3 is copyrighted software, with all rights reserved
to WYNDsoft Inc.  It was commissioned by the US Department 
of Agriculture, National Forest Service.  NFSpuff3 is licensed 
to all agencies of the US Government, only.  All other users, 
including firms under contract with agencies of the US government, 
may obtain use licenses by arrangement with WYNDsoft Inc.
