STATIONS
A few stations reported missing data sometimes. This data has been collected from alternative sources so the time series are complete. It is very important that you have continuous data, if there was some missing data that is not reported HERE, let me know and it will be posted.
The data for Jan 14-16, Jan 21-22, Jan 28-29, Feb 4-5, Feb 11-12, Feb 18-20 and Feb 25-26 is HERE
Seattle Tacoma International Airport Records
Honolulu Hawaii International Airport Records
(Once inside this link go to Today's High and Lows. Make sure you use the
data of the first summary).
This site has been very slow lately, so HERE is an alternative site where you can find the same data.
Sydney Australia Records
(Once inside this link go to Weather observations, forecasts and warnings.
Then under OBSERVATIONS choose National).
NOTE: It seems that when there's no precipitation at this station they don't write
anything on the report. To make sure that this means zero precipitation, follow
this link
and click on the Daily Rain Bulletin. If there is an "x" next to the Sydney
report, it indeed means that the precipitation was zero the day before.
Fairbanks Alaska Records
(Once inside this link go to Alaska Temp. and Precip. Bull.)
The daily records for London are not available free of charge in real time, so
we will use Madrid, Spain instead. Go to the link below, then to
"Informacion Meteolog." on the left side of the page. Then to "Inf. CC.AA.".
Now choose Madrid, choose "El tiempo de ayer(mapa)" and click on "Aceptar".
The data will be displayed on a map with
maximum temperature in red,
minimum temperature in blue and
precipitation in purple.

You may also choose to monitor instead of the station that was
assigned to you, either the Stampede Pass
or Quillayute stations (if you are going to do so, please
let me know by e-mail)
