Action Items from 03/11 CPT meeting

1. Form focus teams on subgrid parameterization of cloud/radiation
   processes, PBL/shallow cu param, deep convection, and define their
   initial goals. (Done)

2. Move all possible modeling center model runs to NCAR mass store and
   put a master file list for those runs onto CPT web page. (Done)
 
3. List of 10-20 column lat/lons for high time-res, full vertical resolution
   column data for selected GCM model runs and Marat superparam runs.

4. Make chat-rooms with archived email for the whole CPT and the focus teams.

5. Ensure up-to-date technical documentation on the physical
   parameterizations implemented in all three models is available
   through the CPT web site.
